USAGE:
   bumper cat [options]

OPTIONS:
   --dir string      Working directory which contains the .bumper directory
   --group string    The group to show release notes for [$BUMPER_GROUP]
   --version string  The version to show release notes for [$BUMPER_GROUP_VERSION]
   --help, -h        show help
